ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass or ill treat the petitioner from complying the Court condition on the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is having 11 previous cases and the above said cases are under investigation and the petitioner was issued with summons in those cases for the purpose of investigation and therefore, there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that already 11 cases are pending against the petitioner and all those cases are under investigation, for which, the petitioner was issued with summons to appear for investigation. Instead of appearing before the investigating officer to co-operate for investigation, the petitioner has filed the present petition, which lacks merits. It is for the petitioner to co-operate with the investigating officer for expeditious investigation. 5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
