Prayer: Petition - filed under Section 24 r/w Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, to pass appropriate orders by withdrawing G.W.O.P.No.4 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai at Sivagangai District.

ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 23.11.2012. The marital relationship appears to have come under strain. Therefore, the petitioner herein applied for divorce and the same was also granted. Thereafter, the respondent filed G.W.O.P.No.4 of 2017 before the Family Court, Dindigul. The petitioner is based in Sivagangai. Therefore, it will be difficult for the petitioner to go over to Dindigul and contest the proceedings there. Therefore, this Court withdraws G.W.O.P.No.4 of 2017 from the Family Court, Dindigul and transfers the same to the Family Court, Sivagangai. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
