ORDER

The petitioner seeks police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her residing house comprised in Survey No.582/4 situated at Door No.1260, Middle Street, Puthanatham, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is having the property, in which, her brother-in-law demanded share and entered into her house and threatened the petitioner with dire consequences. Hence, the petitioner gave a complaint before the respondent police. But there was no action from the respondent. Thereafter, on 01.04.2019, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents 1 to 4 and the same is pending. Therefore, she needs protection from the respondents 5 and 6 to her life, limb, liberty and right to property.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner is pending.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the fourth respondent is now required to enquire into the matter of the complaint filed by the petitioner and take appropriate decision as may be necessary to protect the life, limb, liberty and right to the property of the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
