ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.19655 of 2025 dated 07.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 19 days only.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.19655 of 2025 on 07.11.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.19655 of 2025 on 07.11.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
