Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.4 & 5 submitted that based on the order passed by this Court, the 4th respondent has paid a sum of Rs. 2 lakhs and again, today, he has also paid the balance amount of Rs.8 lakhs to the petitioner. The said submission is recorded.
