************ The petitioner is the wife. She got married to the respondent on 08.09.2013. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.154 of 2017 on the file of Subordinate Court, Kallakurichi, for restitution of conjugal rights. The petitioner herein filed M.C.No.11 of 2018, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai. The petitioner is a resident in Manamadurai Taluk. The petitioner is having a young child to take care. It will be difficult for the petitioner to travel to Subordinate Court, Kallakurichi, to contest the proceedings.

2.Therefore, taking into account the fact that the petitioner is a woman and in the interest of justice, H.M.O.P.No.154 of 2017 is withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Kallakurichi and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Sivagangai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.With the above observation, the Transfer CMP is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
