The mother of the 20 years old girl has given a complaint to the Othakadai Police stating that her daughter, aged 20 years, missing since 17.10.2022 and she fear about her life.
2. Subsequently, it has been found that the girl has eloped with one Mubarak Basha, son of Mohammed and converted herself as Muslim and got married to the said Mubarak Basha. Their marriage was solemnized at Masjid Noore Illahi on 15.01.2023.
3.Today, the girl was produced before this Court along with her husband Mubarak Basha. Religion conversion certificate as well as the
marriage certificate are produced. The girl was enquired by us and she informed that she, on her own, has left the maternal home and converted to Islamic religion and got married. She being a major, this Court has nothing to interfere in this petition.
4. Recording the submission of the girl and the certificates produced, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
