ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 06.12.2013. The respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.14 of 2018 before the Third Additional Sub Court, Madurai seeking divorce. 2.The petitioner is based in Trichy and is now working in Salem. Therefore, this Court is of the view that interest of justice will be served by acceding to the petitioner's prayer for transferring the case to Trichy. Hence, H.M.O.P.No.14 of 2018 is withdrawn from the Third Additional Sub Court, Madurai and transferred to the First Additional Sub Court, Trichy. 3.This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
