This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on his representation dated 20.02.2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that till date, no complaint is received from the petitioner. Hence, without submitting the application, filling this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C with the aforesaid prayer is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ unsustainable one.

4.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application before the respondent police, if the situation arises.
