ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 23.12.2022 to the fourth respondent. He wants it to be expeditiously considered. 3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The fourth respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The fourth respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice 2/4

before passing final order. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass order one way or the other.
