ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20257 of 2025, dated 17.11.2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for only 28 days .

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 28 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No. 20257 of 2025 on 17.11.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No. 20257 of 2025 on 17.11.2025 is modified as ''petitioner shall report before the respondent for a period of one week daily at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, as and when required for investigation. 29-01-2026 jbr To
