ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.22902 of 2025 dated 12.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 28 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.22902 of 2025 on 12.12.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.22902 of 2025 on 12.12.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 29-01-2026 jbr To
