RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate twice in a week on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 A.M until further orders which was imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.9612/2017 in Crl. O.P(MD) No. 11198/2017 dated 26.10.2017 and to pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MURUGAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 143,448,294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C., while granting bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
