[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] Seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the Court of Sessions, Fast Track Mahila Court,Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, vide Judgment dated 20.10.2022 in Spl.S.C.No.139 of 2016, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner has failed to make out a prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence , hence we are of the opinion that it is not a fit case for grant of suspension of sentence to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
