RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.10627/2017 order dated 17.08.2017 and permit the Petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri and pass such other or further or other orders as this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.JANATH AHMED ALIAS, Advocate for the petitioner and THE GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (Crl.side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 420,470,471 I.P.C., r/w Sections 3, 4(A)(b), 6,7(1)(3) of Lotteries Regulation Act, 1998 , while granting anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that at the time of granting anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10627 of 2017, the petitioner was ordered to be released on anticipatory bail on condition to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy. Now the learned counsel for the petitioner prays before this Court that the petitioner may be permitted to surrender and execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police has no serious objection for allowing the petition.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is permitted to surrender and execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This petition is ordered accordingly.

5.Except the above said modification, all the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10627 of 2017, dated 17.08.2017 remains unaltered.
