O R D E R

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.10(iii) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.(MD).No. 11647 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1204 of 2025 dated 29.08.2025, which reads as follows:

''iii) The petitioner shall appear before the trial Court at 10.30a.m. on all working days until further orders.'' 2.Heard Mr.B.Jameelarasu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned counsel for the respondent. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court, dated 29.08.2025, regularly. He further submitted that the petitioner is aged about 70 years and finds it very difficult to comply with the said conditions regularly. Hence, he seeks indulgence of this Court to relax the said condition.

4.Learned counsel for the respondent concedes with the submission of the learned counsel for petitioner. 2/4

5.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both side counsels, condition No.10(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.MP. (MD).No.11647 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1204 of 2025, dated 29.08.2025, is modified as follows:- "Petitioner shall appear and sign before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

6.With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.

7. Registry is directed to list the main Civil Revision Case after four weeks.
