Today the daughter of the petitioner and her lover Ranjith are present. It is represented that the daughter of the petitioner has eloped with the said Ranjith and both of them have got married on 19.02.2023. The marriage photographs and invitation are produced. The same is recorded. 2.Taking note of the fact that both the petitioner's daughter and the said Ranjith are major and they had taken the decision to marry, this Court holds that this Habeas Corpus Petition is to be dismissed on the ground that there is no illegal abduction or detention.
