ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.OP. (MD)No.143 of 2025 dated 07.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions for 18 days only.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in CRL.OP(MD)No.143 of 2025 on 07.01.2026. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioners in CRL.OP.(MD)No.143 of 2025 on 07.01.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 29-01-2026 jbr To 1.The Inspector Of Police, Vanniyampatti Vilakku Police Station, Virudhunagar District.
