O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to consider the representation dated 03.01.2025 by directing the 3rd respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is running a business of Spa in the name of style of "Lovely Ayurvedic Spa Treatment and Allied Activities" at Hotel Priyam, 2nd Floor, No.79-North Ratha Road, Palai Road, Dindigul District, by complying all the procedures. She has also registered with the Ministry of Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and has obtained Udyam Registration Certificate. Thereafter, the petitioner has approached the respondents for issuance of a No Objection Certificate and the same is kept pending for a long time. Further, she sent a representation dated 03.01.2025, but no action was taken. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition and not produced certain documents. He would further submit that she has not co-operated for the enquiry.

4. In view of the above said representations on either side and considering the nature of the prayer sought for in the petition, it is appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the 3rd respondent on 10.02.2025 with all available documents as required by the 3rd respondent and thereafter, the 3rd respondent has to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 03.01.2025, within a period of four [4] weeks therefrom.

5. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
