This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first respondent to not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry in connection with Crime No.2 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit earlier on the complaint given by the second respondent a case was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.02 of 2019 he was arrested and let out on bail and as on date no case complaint was pending against the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
