ORDER
The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.23636 of 2025 dated 19.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 33 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 33 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.23636 of 2025 on 19.12.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.23636 of 2025 on 19.12.2025 is modified as "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month, on Mondays, at about 10:30 a.m., until further orders."
