Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner was employed in the respondent mill as Factory Manager. He was dismissed from service in the year 2016 by the second respondent. Questioning the same, the petitioner has prepared the petition mentioned appeal before the Appellate Body/first respondent. 3.The Appellate Body/first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
