This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted. He would further submit that since there existed a money dispute between the parties, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
