JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant reports that the appellant died and notice sent to him returned with an endorsement as "deceased". The returned postal cover indicates that the registered post sent on 17.02.2024 returned on 19.02.2024 with the above endorsement. The learned counsel submits that the legal heirs of the deceased are not interested in pursuing the matter. The private complaint initiated by the deceased appellant is ended in acquittal. Against the order of acquittal, the present appeal is filed.

2. In view of the demise of the appellant, this appeal is dismissed as abated.
