2.Crl.O.P.(MD)No.838 of 2020 has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner property, on the basis of his representation, dated 03.01.2020.
3.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
4.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been repeatedly sending petitions to the respondent police and after sending the petitions, he never bothers to appear in person. She would further submit that if the petitioner appears in person along with necessary records, suitable enquiry will be conducted and after summoning the rival persons and appropriate action will be taken thereafter. 2/3
5.Recording the same, these Criminal Original Petitions stand closed.
