ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.319 of 2018 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent and consequently direct the third respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner/defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as 'mistake of fact'. She has produced a copy of the final report before this Court.
