ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry in a civil dispute till the disposal of A.S.No.239 of 2012, before the Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy, on the basis of his representation, dated 25.01.2020.

Writ Petition(MD)No.2587 of 2020 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, would submit that the respondents 1 to 4 are not harassing the petitioner with regard to the dispute between the parties. However, she would further submit that the private respondents have given a complaint to the fourth respondent for surveying the properties and the fourth respondent has taken stpes to survey the property. Other than that the respondents 1 to 4 are not harassing the petitioner. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
