ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 21.01.2019 for the offences punishable under Section 397 of IPC in Crime No.535 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 29.10.2018, when the defacto complainant along with his wife were returning home, the petitioner and other accused persons are said to have waylaid and put the knife on his neck and forcibly snatched the gold ornaments. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, considering the nature of the offence committed by the petitioner

and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is having one previous case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
