This petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi, to expedite the trial and dispose the case in C.C.No.156/2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.156/2017, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
