2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that there are 56 previous cases pending against the petitioner.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.18868/2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12111 of 2025 dated 05.12.2025 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Further, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate on all hearing dates without fail and shall not remain absent on any date. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
