Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.After going through the materials made available by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am convinced that a few other offences should have been included. When I indicated my mind, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the wound certificate was obtained only on 02.02.2022 and that alteration report will be filed by incorporating Sections 143 and 326 of IPC. Such a report shall be filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also indicated that a positive final report will be filed. Since an affirmative statement has been made, there is no need to direct transfer of investigation.
