C-60. To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl OP.(MD). No.22397 of 2025 dated on 11.12.2025 and thus render justice.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22397 of 2025, dated 11.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 43 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 43 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No. 22397 of 2025 on 11.12.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No. 22397 of 2025 on 11.12.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for investigation.
