Respondent COMMON PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions - filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal orders dated 18.02.2020 and 19.02.2020 made in I.A.Nos.744 and 743 of 2018 in O.S.Nos. 93 and 94 of 2018, respectively on the file of the Principal District Court, Karur.

COMMON ORDER The petitioners are the defendants in O.S.Nos.93 and 94 of 2018 filed for mandatory injunction.
2.The petitioners filed I.A.Nos.743 and 744 of 2018 to strike off the plaint on the ground of limitation under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC. The said applications were dismissed. Challenging the same, the revision petitions are filed.
3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners in both the petitions fairly submits that this Court shall permit the petitioners to canvass all those points including the point of limitation during the time of trial and direct the trial Court to pass orders without being influenced by the orders impugned in these Civil Revision Petitions.
4.Recording the above said submission, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed permitting the petitioner to canvass all the grounds raised in these Civil Revision Petitions including the point of limitation. The trial 2/4
Court is also directed to dispose of the suits in accordance with law without being influenced by the orders passed in the interlocutory applications. No costs.
