ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 28.01.2019, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 387, 307, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. 84 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and demanded money from him and when the defacto complainant refused to pay the money, the petitioner attempted to murder him,in which he sustained injuries and admitted in the hospital. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. Hence, he would pray for bail.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is a History Sheeter and he engaged another rowdy element to attack the defacto. He would also submit that the petitioner was arrested in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
this case in P.T. Warrant and there are 9 cases pending against the petitioner and he would also submit that investigation in this case is over and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned court. Hence he objected for grant of bail.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there are several cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
