ORDER

The plaintiff in O.S.No.23 of 2023 on the file of Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai is the revision petitioner herein.

2. The petitioner has filed the above said suit for the relief of partition and separate possession and for a permanent injunction not to alienate or encumber the property.

3. A perusal of the B-Diary extract reveals that the suit was posted for framing issues on 03.12.2024 and it has been adjourned to 31.01.2025 and again on 01.04.2025 for framing issues.

4. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the issues have not been framed and the matter is being adjourned from time to time. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 2/4

5. Considering the above said facts, the Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai is directed to dispose of O.S.No.23 of 2023 on or before 31.12.2025.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
