RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15153 of 2017 dated 10.11.2017 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 341,324, 307 I.P.C., @ 341, 302 I.P.C @ 109,120(b), 147,148,341,624,307 & 302 I.P.C.,while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition before the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that, if charge sheet is not filed, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court twice in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m and every Friday at 10.30 a.m., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
