ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.42 of 2019, dated 13.02.2019 and file the final report within a stipulated time.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the second respondent police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 13.02.2019, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State would submit that the second respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
