ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli for land Grabbing Cases, in Cr.MP.No.12028 of 2022, dated 03.10.2022.

2.It is not in dispute that the petitioner has preferred a complaint under Section 156 Cr.P.C before the Land Grabbing Special Court, Tirunelveli and that the learned Judicial Magistrate has passed the order, dated 03.10.2022, directing the second respondent to conduct a preliminary enquiry and in case if any cognizable offence is disclosed, register an FIR. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case, enquiry is pending.

4.Recording the said submission, the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli for land Grabbing cases, within a period of ten days from today i.e., 01.02.2023.
