ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6676 of 2025, dated 14.07.2025.

complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.6676 of 2025, dated 14.07.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court as and when required. 29-01-2026 jbr To
