Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.A.PUNITHAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b) &436 I.P.C., and Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992, while granting anticipatory bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court, regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

required for interrogation only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
