ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in connection with the Crime No.325 of 2018, on the file of the second respondent police.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.325 of 2018, thereafter, there is no progress in the said case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to

file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
