C-60.To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.13508 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.13955 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days ie., on 1st and 15th of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.13508 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.13955 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025.

complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for six times.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.13508 of 2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No. 13955 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025 is relaxed.
