Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners, viz., (to report before the respondent police daily at 10 am until further orders), is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the

respondent police twice a week, i.e., on all Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10.30 a.m., commencing from October, 2016, until further orders. In addition, the petitioners are also required to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
