ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein Not to Harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the Complaint lodged by third respondent herein. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, the petitioner and the third respondent were directed to appear before the second respondent. However, the petitioner has not turned up.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent on 25.01.2023, seeking not to harass him.

4.Recording the said submissions, the second respondent police is directed to issue summons to the petitioner and on receiving the summon, the 2/4

petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on the day to be fixed by the second respondent. On such appearance, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on that day itself, in accordance with law. 4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
