The petitioner is the 2nd accused in Crime No.2 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police registered for the offence under Sections 294(b), 417, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 506(i) IPC. She has moved this petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.2 of 2024 pending against her.
