Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,294(b),323,324,506(ii) & 307 I.P.C while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner are complying with the condition before the respondent
police regularly.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
