This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.407 of 2012, on the file of the second respondent and transfer the same to the third respondent herein.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that only Expert opinion is awaited. 3.It is also to be noted that in spite of the orders of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14925 of 2012, the investigation has not been completed within the time granted. Considering the same, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to file a final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further time will be granted.
