(MD)No.14818 of 2017 dated 02.11.2017 herein by this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P. GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b) and 302 I.P.C., while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition before the respondent police regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m and every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
