ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to furnish the complete and updated the stage / status of investigation regarding the FIR in Crime No.718/2025 dated 05.11.2025 and to direct the respondent to disclose enquiry details, examination of CCTV, steps taken on the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

High Court order and further proposed action. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after investigation, the FIR in Crime No.718/2025 is closed as mistake of fact.
