ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324, 506(ii) and Section 302 of IPC in Cr.No.30 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that while consuming alcohol, there was a wordy quarrel arose between the petitioners and the deceased person. The petitioners and other accused persons attacked the deceased with hand and leg. Thereby, he sustained injuries and died on the spot. Hence, the present complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offences alleged by the prosecution. Thus, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that several accused were involved in this case and only few accused were secured. If anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioners, it will affect the investigation. Thus, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioners and the present case is a murder case and several accused were involved in the above said crime and the investigation is not yet been completed and if the petitioners are allowed on anticipatory bail, it will affect the progress of the investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
